Sebenza vs. Bradley Alias

To answer the original post, the key difference besides branding is the lack of a pivot bushing on the Alias, which is a key feature of the knife.

The other differences (blade style, lock type, handle shape, etc...) are all just a matter of personal taste.

It's not even a case of affordability. If you can afford an Alias I'm betting you could afford a Sebenza as well. If you're shopping for this type of knife, I'd certainly get the Sebenza.

Start saving your money for the large. You won't feel complete until you have both. I think I'll pick up another small regular while they are still available.
 
Make your wife hold your new sebenza for an evening when out for a walk or in front of the tv. Once she's held it and played with it for a while she may begin to understand your need. They're irresistable, as you know.
