The Seb is a great knife as a lot of folks state, with the exception of the fact that the S30V at 58 HRC will not take as good of an edge or hold it as well as S30V at 60HRC.
I have sharpened several Sebbies and also other knives in S30V and there is a difference where the blade is tempered to 60.
Have any of you guys seen the Lochsa Folder?

A little pricey but is supposed to have the Sebbies beat or at least equal quality according to some feedback that I read. This is a former employee of CRK.
