Do you mean CLASSIC MM sebenza, or just sebenza 21...because the two are different...

Looks to me like a sebenza 21, birth date/blade steel/writing on the card looks like its from newer runs, indicating it probably is a 21 with a made stamp, not the older CLASSIC MM model that has a slightly different handle/no made stamp.
