May I respectfully suggest you photograph this knife again, but on a light-colored background, and with higher overall exposure?

With the underexposure of the image, and the dark background reflecting very little light, the contours of the black handle are obscured.
 
These are much better!

However, these are all from the same perspective: looking at the handle from its side. I'd find it very helpful to see images of the handle shot from a perspective looking down at the spine of the blade, to show the 3D contours of the handle, like this:
