But actually third chance. The blade of this knife is another one from a buggy spring. It went from the spring to a larger blade and after forging it there was one huge pit I knew I couldn't make go away so I cut the good part off the front and forged this blade out of it. It has a 4 1/2" blade and the fittings are from a buggy wheel with an exceptional piece of sambar stag for the handle. Its 9 1/2" overall.

I like it! picture looks good, I would orient it so the knife goes across the horseshoe at a right angle with the roundy part pointing up. That spring pack was a great find Ray!
 
Great looking knife Ray! :thumbup: Your knives look like they are brand spanking new 100yo knives. Amazing!
