Hey guys.
So I decided to try forging knifes for my grooms men. I got married yesterday! Anyway I finished up all but one of the knives in time (not pictured). I've only ever made one other knife so this proved to be a challenging project for the limited time I had available.
They are all chainsaw damascus. Either forged from pure chainsaw chain or from 15n20 sandwiched between two pieces of chain. Ground free hand on my jet multi-tool grinder. Which is too fast for this kind of work!! I used a water hose trickling on the belt to cool the work. That worked very well.
