Final Prices
This is it. We needed a cut off date, and here it is. You may still add to your order while I receive payments, but that will not affect the price/patch. Any new orders that come will pay the prices quoted here.
If extra patches are available, they will be given out as extra patches according the sequence in which the orders are paid. In other words, extra patches will be gives from the first paid order for that patch down until no patches are left.

Shipping.
There are two different shipping charges. One will pay for the shipping from the supplier to me (Supplier Shipping). The other will pay for the shipping of the individual orders from me to the rest of you (Individual Shipping). To this is added the price of the padded envelopes and a pack of shipping labels.
Counting on 60 individual orders, Supplier Shipping will be 0.20 cents/order and labels will be .08 cents/order (not per patch). From my last experience I found that not all Padded envelopes sizes are readily available in bulk price. So, in relying from past experience I’m assuming an average price per envelope at .83 cents plus tax.
Individual shipping will depend on the number of patches per orders (more patches = more weight = larger envelope and more postage). The following shipping charges apply only to orders going to the continental US and they are for First Class mail. I’m using my previous experience to determine postage. I could be off by .17 cents. You are paying only for the postage, label and padded envelope. I’m not adding any “shipping charge”. If you prefer Priority Mail, the USPS charges a flat fee of $4.60 (to which supplier shipping, padded envelope, labels and .20 cents is added). Please specify with your payment if you are paying for First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

PayPal Payments
PayPal will charge a fee every I receive a money transaction. Since I'm not doing this as a business (and in my current condition I can't afford to cover the fees), you need to add to the transaction a percentage of the total payment. In order to cover PayPal fees, add to your payment total (patches + Shipping):
For Domestic payments,
All domestic PayPal payments – 3.5% + .30 cents.
For International payments
All International Payments – 7.2% + .60 cents.
Explanation
The fee for a domestic transaction for my account is 3.5% of the total payment plus .30 cents (multiply the total payment by 0.035 and add the result to the total due and then add .30 cents.)
The fee for International transactions for my account is 7.2% of the total including shipping plus .60 cents (multiply the total payment by 0.072 and add the result to the total due plus 0.60 cents).
Domestic PayPal fees are actually 2.9% of the payment + 0.30. Since the fees are calculated from the payment total, for you payment to actually cover the fees it generates, you would have to calculate it at about 3.5% of the payment + 0.30. (In other words, if you only add 2.9% + 0.30 to the payment, the actual fees would be calculated from the higher payment total, meaning that the fees charged by PayPal would be greater than the amount you added to the payment.) What that means is that if you only add 2.9%, what left over from your payment would actually fall short to cover your total due for patches and shipping.
International transactions must pay a 3.9% transaction fee plus a 2.5% cross border and currency exchange fee plus .60cents. This totals 6.4% plus .60 cents. In order In order to cover the fee generated by the transaction, it has to be calculated at about 7.2% of the total payment plus .60 cents.
