Please tell me anything you can about these knives, average age, company info construction... literally anything that would help me learn more. Please support your findings cause I have a feeling we are going to get some mixed views. Good Luck!

Thanks for your time and help.

Ok, through other sources I have found that the knives;
-are constructed with 440 stainless steel
-were made in China

I know this is like most knives but you never know, this may help some of you narrow it down.

Me too, my grandpa was collecting this brand for a while and I am trying to learn anything I can about them so I can learn maybe why they were significant to him.

Im not sure what to tell you. Knives made in China and other Asian countries are not "generally" thought of as collector items, or worth writing about. Many collectors, or writers have little respect for this type of cutlery so your chances of finding books on them are pretty "nill", but not completely bad. There may be something out there? I have seen nothing as of yet. I stay fairly current with all the major, and not so, collector books out there. I have not seen anything yet that talks about this company.

Sorry could not be of help here, but I think this one is pretty tough.

I know, real tough, but I have had great experience with the user's of Blade forums before and I think given enough time, there will be someone who can tell me something... keep at it guys and thanks for all your help so far!
