See Sent E-mails?

Is there a place where an initial e-mail I send to a member is stored, so that I have a record of that message? ( It is not in the "Sent" messages folder of my e-mail program.)

Not that I know of. It always bothers me that it seems to leave no record. What you can do is make a copy manually to save to a notepad file.

However, if your correspondent replies to you, that should bring a copy of your original email back with the reply.
