I really don't know what I thought. I kinda figured that maybe his old lady had kicked his *innocent* arse out and it was gonna take ten weeks, days, hours er somethin 'till he got Internet access again. :foot:

Thanks for the well-wishes. We had a good time in spite of a few small wrinkles. The beach was relaxing; had lots of fun jumping waves with the kidss. Number one son forgot to recharge his sunblock and fell asleep listening to his ipod - he's still peeling, but no major harm done. We caught the remnant of Alberto, which was actually kind of interesting and made for some good waves. We drove back to Ohio via Charlottesville, VA and the Skyline Drive. We had a great Father's Day lunch at the Skyland Resort. The drive along the Parkway was beutiful as always; we even saw a baby black bear! Unfortunately, we didn't get the camera out quick enough for a picture.

We came back a day earlier than originally planned. Just the way things worked out. It was a nice time, but it's good to be home.
