Seeking knife-smith for the Delica 4?

Hi everybody:

Does anybody know a knife-smith who makes G-10, Micarta or Carbon Fiber scales for the Delica 4?
Please let me know.

PS: I checked with STR, he is not making any scales for the Delica 4.

Not too sure if he has worked on the Delica 4 but he does work with Carbon Fiber, G-10 and Micarta.
