Seeking small fixed blade for appendix carry

I've also been on the hunt for a small EDC fixed blade for horizontal right-handed cross draw carry... I have a few larger fixed blades, & I decided that having a full 4-finger grip on the handles is important, but want to keep the the entire knife/sheath package as discreet and non-bulky as possible.
So for now I'm going with this Fiddleback Forge Bushraptor. It meets the requirements of being smaller yet has a full 4-finger handle. Now I'm looking to get a leather sheath made, and once that's done, I'll test it out to determine if the whole package is good to go.

Design it for your needs and have it made. Mine is a 2.5" Wharnecliffe without scales ,CPM-154 ,I think. But whatever you need.

I'll echo the Spyderco Street Beat. Really I'd say any Perrin design. Or CharlieMike design.

I am no fighter, but the one fixed blade I purchased for regular carry is a Dozier Personal (currently the K-32) with a sheepsfoot/wharncliffe designed blade. It is very discreet in Dozier's kydex sheath.

Of the ones I have not purchased yet and with cost at the forefront, I like the Blackjack neck knife which is made by Bark River for Blackjack in 154 cm steel. It is pointy and obviously a more aggressive design than the Dozier.

I have a couple to recommend, the Shivworks clinch pick, the Cold steel spike series, Spyderco reverse and ronin. Keep in mind you get what you pay for so I would fork over a few extra bucks for quality. My main question is are you looking at carrying a fixed blade because it fits in with your self defense plan or because everyone else is doing it?
