I have that very same Citizen and it's outstanding! Smaller than what men are wearing these days, but I have normal/slim wrists and it's perfect for me.

I have about as slender a wrist as a man can get, the citizen is great for a smaller watch face, the Seiko is simply too large for me. It looks bad on my tiny wrist.
Oh, one more thing. It's rugged as hell! I train horses for a living and it's never had a problem with dings or drops or bumps. I had the crystal replaced after ten years, had the watch professionally cleaned (face and hands), but that's it. It's still the most luminous watch I own. It looks good when I'm working horses or throwing dice at Bellagio in Vegas. And it was an anniversary gift from Sweetheart so it means a lot. It's a workhorse with a slightly nautical look, which I like (the bezel reminds me of an hard-helmet deep-sea diver's rig).
Someone buy it so I don't have to! Actually, I don't need to because it's so tough I'll never wear mine out.
