Well, this watch has had everything done to it. The case has been bead blasted, the chapter ring, bezel insert, dial, and hands have all been changed. As well as adding a sapphire crystal. Best of all I got the watch back from Bob Thayer Jr and he cleaned it, pressure tested, and regulated the movement so it keeps better time.
Also, I have ALL of the factory parts: dial, chapter ring, bezel insert, hands and crystal. The box and papers etc are there as well.
I have worn the watch alot but not since I had the movement cleaned by Mr. Thayer. There are obvious scratches on the bezel insert but the crystal is perfect. There are a few dings in the case. The pictures tell the tale! The factory bezel insert could easily be switched out with the scratched one!
