It has an aftermarket DLW ceramic bezel insert, DLW double domed sapphire crystal, and an aftermarket Strapcode bracelet. It has scratches on the bracelet and the case. The case has a couple of small dings on the left side. I have the original cardboard box, padded box, and paperwork. I don't have the original bezel insert, crystal, or bracelet. I don't have any extra links for the bracelet. I bought it a couple years ago and had it looked at by a watchmaker. He said everything looked good. I've worn it a hand full of times since then.
