Both have been worn. The 007 is only 6 months old, and I wore it to work for maybe a month. There is light wear, and there may be a few real light blemishes on the Hardlex if you really look. Since I wore the watch on a different band, the Seiko rubber is basically new.

The SKA389 is one that I bought a few years ago, wore for a while, and put it in the safe. It has typical desk driving scuffs, and one noticeable blemish on the bezel. I don't know if Seiko would get you a new one or not, but if you are going to wear a watch, it is going to show some wear eventually anyway. In working order, shake it and it fires right up.
Interesting looking watch, but at 40.5mm, it is just too small for me. For the SKA389 $105 shipped via USPS Priority, USA Only.
