So seldom now a days to hear something Positive or Good just doesn't grab peoples attention.
Well Alpha Knife supply has consistently gone above and beyond in getting my orders out... On time... Accurate helping to save on shipping whenever possible all while being nice about it.
So a tip of the hat to Alpha KS keep up the great work! you have earned my loyalty and business for future orders

They were always great to get help from and when I first met them face to face at a knife show, Chuck had me all ,lined up to help me sell a couple of folding knives. Frank
 
I agree, people feed on negativity and drama so much now that for the last few years I actually stopped using the Internet besides for banking, at least until I got sucked into knifemaking and this terrific subforum recently.

I have had great experiences at AKS, and also at Tru-Grit. They are local to me, and are always willing to put in time with me even when they are busy. Plus, if you stick around long enough you might get to drink a complimentary cherry coke while you pet the hounds and stare at mountains of consumables.
 
I've ordered from perhaps every knife supplier out there. Chuck and Jessica at Alpha are, by far, the very best to deal with.:thumbup:
 
It always amazes me how fast I will get an order from them after calling.
Their definite AAA+++ customer service will continue to bring me back.
 
I plan to use them more in the future as well.

The only hesitations I've had so far is that they don't take online payments, and I'm often busy during their hours of answering phones.
 
They take the orders live to keep you safe and helps get your orders out faster...
Example: Ordered steel this last Friday left a message, called me back, got the order out that day, received the steel yesterday Monday I'm profiling the blade today Tuesday.
Other than Tru Grit few compete. For disclosure have not ordered from Aldo @ NJ steel Baron but I've ordered from just about everyone else out there
 
Definitely good service and friendly; still WOMM for my first order from them, I expect it should be here in a week or so.
 
I've ordered from them for the first time a couple weeks ago. They processed the order fast and I got it in a couple days. Being on the west coast helps but so does the fast processing. Ordered some stuff from the east coast, 4 working days later Im still waiting for a shipping notice.
