At this point im hoping for october before i need to give a shipping address. Ill be done moving by that time. I cant be having the knife come to my current abode when i might be gone before it arrives. Though im starting to think when we do order, they will be shipped at the same time.

I'm confused how they can be making these already without any solid numbers and I hope it doesn't mean that there will be a limited supply on a first come first served basis with forum orders. The scalpers will cream us slow people.

I would think we’d get an exact order count before the handles are dyed… although if the blades and bolsters were being processed a while back, not sure about having the bladeforums stamp on an unknown count, and I guess maybe the entire run will have the same bolsters…?

Curious as well, did it get answered? That oak leaf shield is usually associated with a specific SFO…..
