Selector Blades We'd Like To See: TOP TEN LIST

I prefer the light weight of a Selector and the original 2 bladed model 428. That one has the width and good feel for my hands. I don't mind any of them as they have so many features to enjoy. DM

You talk about a search engine, 1999 I was 16..............300

PS Wouldn't you like to go back to the Buck store in 99 with $1000 cash. You could have all the selector blades.

Time travel made possible by Buck legacy products and this forum! The Selector saw blades are short because 110 blades were used to make the saws and the 110 blades have that clip point so to get a saw out of it you had to give the blank the chop. This gives you a short saw blade. What else do you want to know?

Back to the Buck Factory Store in 1999? Every night in my dreams and everyday on the popular auction site! :)

Why 1999 because by 1994 the Selector was being discontinued in our stores and by 1995 it was gone. DM

I would love one for a Buck knife like David shows in post #19.
I own a couple vintage Puma 971's to get that little bit of extra length and the biting teeth in the saw blade.

Hey Oregon, the #14 pic is the one I posted. I'm still looking for the half serrated hawk bill and I've missed the latest bay sales of the orange and OD handles. Two weeks ago I purchased a new fur coated razor blade so I have to feed him rather then get those handles, but I will!

I know this is an old thread but what do you think about the latest 550 and the blades they have available .
