Good Afternoon,

Here is a new self defense design I have been working on. It is made from CPM3V ground to 400 grit and finished on an ultra fine scotch brite belt. The handle is OD green G10 and brass. With the straight edge it also functions pretty well as an edc.

The sheath is kydex and has a nice retention but I also included a leather thumb break strap for extra retention. The strap is removable if you don't want to use it and everything is ambidextrous. The Tek-Lok is included. I carried it quite a bit for testing in both the appendix and 9 o'clock position and it worked and concealed very well.

For this one I also built and aluminum training blade. To make the trainer as useful as possible I created an identical sheath so you can practice deploying the knife without using the live blade. The handle on the trainer is OD green micarta.

Price SOLD , shipping is included to continental United States via USPS. Preferred payment is via paypal.

Blade Steel: 0.200" CPM3V
Grind: Full Flat
Blade: 2 7/8"
Handle Material: OD Green G10 and brass
Overall Length: 5 3/4"
Sheath: Kydex
Weight: 4.4 ounces

Very well designed and thought out with having a training blade to match. Everything you display here is top notch and I am carrying my tanto blade from you daily (I love it).

Thank you very much. Glad to hear the tanto is performing well.

That’s a sweet setup & nicely executed pair.

One thing you may consider for next time is making the trainer easily distinguishable from the live blade. Inert training blades (& firearms) are usually blue, but sometimes red or orange so they can be visually confirmed as safe to all parties involved in the training.

Thank you. Thats a good idea. I think maybe orange g10 and orange sheath next time.

Nice job Paul, thats a slick little knife and cool to have the trainer! Nice job on this pair, and your work it top notch as usual.

I just noticed they restored the Like button on the makers forums! SO GLAD, that’s awesome! About time

LOL, it threw me off when I saw Paul’s thread and the button. Really confused me at first haha, I feel it’s a valuable tool for the Makers (at least) to have. Glad for them.
I agree. I do think its a nice feature. It gives us another form of feedback in addition to comments to get an idea whats popular to build.
