1. PM2 with contoured scales like the Para3 or Military.
2. Change DLC to PVD where applicable.
 
Option of black hardware - screws and clip - on satin blade models.

A smidgen more blade length on the Para2, the handle can accommodate it when closed.

M4 as a standard option for some models, like S110V has become. Sorry, that one isn't model specific.

Argyles compression lock Military suggestion has my full support.
 
The Southard. Make the action a bit more snappy. (Mine are good, but I’d be lying if I said I wouldn’t prefer just a bit better.). IMO everything else about the knife is perfect...even the little quirks (and pocket clip) are enduring to me.
 
Pattada with M4 steel alloy, Textured Titanium handle, Chaparral thickness blade and axis lock (yes I mean axis lock).
I don't count so good . . . that's two right ?

Make it an option.
Both of those are perfect as they are. Long handle = more choices in grips. I have almost no use for a lanyard hole but want the handle length. (keep the lanyard hole for that one or two days I want to tether up)
 
I'd like to see the Mantra 1 get a blade like the Lum tanto and maybe do G10 on the non locking side.
 
Tenacious with a blade in a good steel like 20CV, M390 or something similar, made in Taichung.
 
Steel liners and G-10 standard on all models. FRN can be a variant. Manix 2 was my first knife with liners and it set a standard for me :P

I would also like to see a larger Techno (not a Slysz bowie), make it a little less chunky and a milled clip. Something like a cross between the Techno and the Southard
 
Para 2 with a flipper tab. (Every time it goes back into rotation after carrying a Mantra, my finger reaches for a flipper, and seems to land in the natural location... to the point that I look down to see what's wrong)

Slycz Bowie with less belly.

Para 2 with lightly contoured scales, like the Slycz Bowie.

(I don't count so good, either...)
 
Take the Military ti and make it 85% current size. (4.7 closed with a 3.45 blade)
That or make the PM2 in a full titanium frame lock with no liners.

Military + Maxamet.
 
Yo2 in XL form. With more steel and handle choices.

Ronin2 with S90V and soft horizontal carry sheath.

More models with polished G10 (like on the Vallotton) and heavy stone wash finish (like on the Shaman).

New Fluted design Military.
