the pearl i ordered arrived today.
the shipping was surprisingly fast and well-packed.
the pearl itself is decent.
honestly, the pearl listed as "AAA" here would be "A" or "B" at most places.
most of them have cracks or shell bark on the back side.
but, it's priced reasonably and seems very workable.
the "B" grade pearl listed here are probably only useful for practicing your pearl working techniques.
there are lots of cracks, holes, fissures and shell bark just below the surface, so it'll take a lot to work around it all successfully.
the fire and depth is pretty average on all of them.
also included free of charge was a small piece (1 1/2" x 3/4") of black pearl with some cracks and shell bark, but very bright, colorful fire.
a couple of free pieces of red coral (1/2" x 1 3/8") were also included.
i'm sure i'll find a use for them somewhere.
overall, i think i got my money's worth, but i think i'll continue to pay a little extra to my vietnamese source for the really high quality stuff.

I am appreciate your honest judge.
I put them as AAA grade because they got almost beautiful fire.yes some have shell bark on back side,but almost in corner,they didnot reflect on surface when you put on folder.

about the grade ,I have to say staring thousand pearl and looking the match pairs and sort of them some times drive me crazy .
I may not enough patient to sort them as 4-5 grade.that waste too much time.
and presentation garde only can sort out few pairs in one prodution.even I can sell them $100 ,it doesnot mean too much for me because the quantity is limited.

so I would sell lot as cheapest price.
about the quality ,what I sell on ebay is 100% positive feedback.

I canot say I make best quality but I will do best as I can and we will improve our quality everyday.
make the price more reasonable!

Nini I got my order today and im very happy with everything. The abolone scales are outstanding and will be ordering more in the future. I also recieved several extras a sample mosaic pin a blue scale im not sure what it is and 2 other pieces of a laminated abalone I think . I would like to know about the gold pearl ive heard that you crush them up and use them . It s all new to me. Im very happy with all Ive recieved. I will repeat my buisness with you. kellyw
