Seller with Multiple Profiles?

Hey Folks.

Just a heads up and/or a question.
Are members allowed to have multiple Profiles to sell from?

Regardless. Is that allowed? To sell from two different Profiles? It just sounds fishy to me. Because I have over 57 reviews at 100%, but I tend to want to make that grow, I'd like to get to 100 Reviews one day....

Is this allowed here or frowned upon?

If you think a member has multiple accounts- report them to the moderators and let them sort it out.

Am I reading the OP correctly, like a person creates two accounts and then fake sells from one to another so that more feedbacks can be given?

I was thinking the OP was angling toward more of a banned member creating another account scenario...
-or-
Perhaps a member has a bad or pugnacious reputation on the forums because of their posts and creates another account in an effort to subvert any backlash that may have slowed their sales on the Exchange.
-or better yet-
A member tries to buy low on one account and sell high on another and doesn't want to be viewed by other members as a flipper. This would be pretty easy to sniff out for most astute members, however.
-or-
any other circumstance where a member might want to fly under the radar because of unsavory motives.

NO, you are allowed one account. If there are reasons for that second account, such as a lost password or similar then that should be brought up to Spark's attention so he can try and merge those accounts into one. Multiple accounts will result in all but one being banned, if the behavior merits it, then all accounts get banned.

Maybe I'm wrong, or I'm imagining this, but I thought you could have an extra account to post in Whine and Cheese, and only Whine and Cheese? And no, I don't have an extra account - doesn't really make sense for me to have an extra one, as I really don't post much. I read a lot, and post little.

No, that has never been allowed in the time I've been here, or from what I have heard from members with more time. It directly contradicts the one account per person rule, that wouldn't make sense. People that get banned do come back, thinking that we can't or won't figure it out.
