I would like to sell some quench oil (unused) but can't seem to find EXACTLY under which forum to post it. A nod in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I would put it in Gadgets and Gear. While quench oil is neither of those things, G&G does tend to double as the miscellaneous sales section.
 
In the knife makers forum, there is a sub forum for selling knife making stuff.
