Anybody here with experiences? I´ve also noticed that many complain about account verification issues and that they don´t get their money transfered to their banc accounts.

I've sold a few before, never had a problem. But that was before all the changes they made in the past 2 years.

I generally don't buy anything of "value" on ebay, too many fakes. I've only ever bought one knife off the bay, and that was only because the store sold direct through ebay, bladeswelove. I am very happy with my ZT0470 stars and stripes.

I've never sold on ebay, and am rather leery about it.

My wife and I have been down-sizing and selling our "stuff" on ebay for seven years.

Over a thousand sales and only 3 have had "issues".

I have been selling knives from my collection for four years (85 sales) with no problems.

Some guidelines I use:

Each knife sold is "used" (no matter how good it looks with box and papers)
Twelve well-lit in-focus photos
Accurate description
Buyer pays for returns
Priority Mail shipping in a box

Same here. Been buying/selling on ebay since 2009 I believe. Very very few issues. The recent tax changes have dramatically reduced my selling, but still buy a lot.

The problem is that after I´ve written all the bank account info they ask for, I get a new message after some hours that they need the same info another time in order to verify my account.
Here is a site in another forum that shows that this is a common problem .

My girlfriend had the same issue- Enter the correct information and it wasn't accepted.

I think she entered a space after the correct information and it was then accepted. It was something silly like that.

I just bought a pm2 lefty on eBay. Listed as new. Came obviously used. Oh well, it was only $100 so I’ll deal with it. Problem with eBay is taxes, fees (around 16% for seller) and you usually pay shipping if buying.

I also have had too many times where people buy a knife and then never pay. End up having to cancel the sale and relist.

I had a guy go through the hassle of making a offer. I countered and he accepted. He then never paid.
