This one hurts, and if it doesn't sell almost immediately I'm going to pull the listing. Being forced to sell this to pay an urgent bill that is due... sad but true.. Yea yea heavy heart bla bla bla, heard it all before, just explaining that normally I wouldn't even consider selling this knife, but I'm being forced to by life...
This is a 2011 Tom Krein 6" Blade Chef Knife with CPM-154 Steel and blue/black G10 handles. The fit and finish is among the absolute highest I've ever seen, period. Higher than even TAD, Hinderer, etc, in other words, it's amazing. The smooth edges and corners are 100% flush with one another and makes it feel like the steel and g10 are one with each other.
The knife is freshly sharpened on the wicked edge, and quite well I might add.
There are a few scratches on the blade, toward the tip, as pictured below. They aren't very pretty, no, but they do not interfere with this knife's ability to perform in the kitchen beyond belief. The scratches came from me being careless the first time I sharpened it on my wicked edge... totally stupid, but I'm human, after all, and these things happen from time to time.
Because of the scratches on the blade I'm selling this one for a fraction of what I believe it's really worth. But like I already said, if it doesn't sell in the next 2 hours or so I plan to remove the listing.
