sells the most?

About 4 or 5 years ago, Knife World magazine ran an article on Victorinox.

At that time, Victorinox had almost 950 people working for them, and had the most automated and up to date knife factory in the world. They were turning out 35 million knives a year, of which 9 million was the little classic.

It would probably take 2 or even 3 of the other knife companies to even come close to the anual production numbers of Victorinox.

Yup Victorinox is at the top. Keep in mind that they own Wenger and Forschner as well. Plus they sell everything from camping gear to clothes to cologne under the Victorinox and Wenger brands.

I'd bet on some company in China that we never heard of cranking out house brands and no names. Cheap sells.

In the West, Victorinox is almost a certainty because of their very broad product line under various names.
