Not perfect, but still good-looking, IMO.
The edges of the tang aren't as pretty as the other parts. Also, there remains a bit of darkness in the plunge line area, from H.T. Other than that, please look at all the pictures, because WYSIWYG. I will post more pictures further down.
Tip - to - Handle: 3 3/16".
Cutting Edge: 2 13/16".
OAL: 7 1/16".
Heat Treat: Paul Bos, for 60 R.C.
The wood parts are sealed with CA (superglue) gel.
Materials: A2, jatoba wood, G10, copper pins G-Flex epoxy, 7-8 oz cow hide shoulder from Springfield Leather.
Note Regarding Jatoba Wood: "It is very hard and stable... This wood is tough and strong..."--Matt Schmill, Custom Bass Works.
