Sending a message to a member

I am trying to message the member S.C. but can’t find him when searching under the members tab. Any thoughts? Thanks

There is something screwy. I found him by typing in s.c. And his user page says s.c.
But the user page address says,

BTSOOM.
He last logged on March 15 of this year.
