Sending Back Endura for Sharpening

I have an old Spyderco Endura that needs resharpening. Has anyone set back their Spyderco knife to the factory for resharpening? If so, how much does it cost and how long did it take to get back?

Did you ever consider using a Sharpmaker? They work extremely well and it would pay for it self after a few sharpenings!
