The CG seems to be significantly lighter in color than the Proto micarta. This may have to do with the depth in which the micarta was cut or from a different batch.

I like the way the CG fills the hand slightly more due to the thicker handles.

The proto will fit the CG sheath with quite a bit of rattle, not the other way around though.

How much thicker are the handles on the CG?
