Wow, I noticed yesterday that # of post and area we live was posted so I wrote in to the forum just so I could see how many posts I have made and how many I needed to make senior member and that post was my 100th. Gee, I didn't know I talked that much.
 
Congratulations, Ice. Now we have to teach you the secret handshake, I guess.

After the secret handshake, you have to ask Bill for the "secret khukuri." Just about every "senior member" worth his/her posts has one...

I just read a post in one of the tactical forums talking about how to slide a knife point-first up your sleeve and hold it there with the pommel against the base of your palm and saying with a little practice you can shake hands with someone and he'll never know....

I guess in order to do that with a khukuri you guys must bend your elbow to match the angle in the blade....

Can you tell what style of khukuri a member prefers by the angle of his elbow when he shakes hands with you?

Was that two tablespoons of cough syrup I was supposed to take or should I have only taken two teaspoons? I'll go read the label again ... if I can get the room to stop spinning around me....

Well, the bottle came with a little plastic cup like an undersize shot glass, graduated in tablespoons, and the fine print on the label actually said take two teaspoons ... so I took a triple dose ... but looking over that post again it doesn't seem any more hallucinogenic than my usual posting style, does it? Oh, well....

Actually it was kind of fun ... I feel a cough coming on now....

Keep this under your hat, Ice, but there's a little known 4th category not mentioned often.

When you first join, you're a "Member" for the first 99 posts.

When you pass 100 posts you become a "Senior Member" for the next 900 posts.

You can also become a "Moderator", given proper qualifications

Finally, when you pass 1,000 posts you change from "Senior" to "

Rusty, or Ferric Oxide, I fear some Mr. Aluminum might show up in the future to get acquainted with you and bring up tremendous heat on this forum by the move of oxygen from you to him...
BTW I found jokes how the "di-hydro mono-oxide" is harmful to us. It's addictive but if too much it suffocate us, etc,etc.
