Sent my Apparition to Benchmade to be repaired around Christmas time, and just received it yesterday. The action was extremely tight, loosened the screw, that didn't help, before I could hurt it any more, I decided I would send it in. Free service, answered every email I sent them (only three, but they were prompt responses

). Works great, looks great, scary sharp. Thanks Benchmade!
