Sent My Endura In For Inspection

Hi JTallant.

We received the knife, but testing will take a while. We'll replace the knife with a new one in the meanwhile. Did you decide on an edge preference?

Yeh, sorry I forgot to add a note with the knife.

I decided to split the difference between a full SE and PE and would like a foilage green combo edge please. I figure with the 4in. blade length there is enough of both to serve me well. Thanks Sal, as I know you are a busy man these days!!!
 
Glad to see that you had a knife replaced under a great warranty. I'm waiting for myself to hear back from what they have to say about my d4wave I sent in for a lock problem. It made it there on Monday the 4th and to my luck, they have been pretty busy with the show. Since Sal is back now, I'm hoping I'll find out whats going to happen with my knife.
 
About 6 weeks back I send in 3 Endura's. Got the confirmation that they got them about 4 weeks ago.

Last friday and yesterday I asked by mail if they know anything about the progress. No answer so far:confused: :grumpy:

Just got a mail with update from CS today:thumbup: :thumbup:

They're very busy at the moment.

Ok Sal, and the good guys at Spyderco. It's been 2weeks. And still haven't seen my replacement or got a reply here. How are things going witht this?
 
Well, I had to call customer service several times to finally get some answers. They appologized it had not been taken care of sooner. And the green handle combo edge is on its way finally.

Sorry the replaement didn't go out sooner. Probably crossed wires.

I've got your knife on my dedsk now, but I'm checking out the Salt that Boats' sent in. Hope you enjoy the new knife.

Thanks Sal. Just keep me updated. I'd really like to know if anything was wrong with the blade and handle or if indead my testing tactics were too extreme.
