To all the families and victims of 09/11/01:

I didn't loose anyone but I'm sure there are people on this forum who did. It was a terrible tragedy and my prayers are with the victims and their loved ones !!

Regards and Blessings
Brendan

A year ago the world has changed. This evening in Warsaw candles will be lit in many windows and mine'll be amongst them. I keep praying for those who died in New York and for their families. I wish a tragedy like this never happens again.

Best wishes and kindest regards to all
Marcin

Prayers for the dead, and prayers for the living.

I don't think it has sunk in yet to the Barbara WaWa's and Diane Sawyers et al that war has changed its face again. It is not just same old guerrilla war tactics when a minority in a nation can hold the earth hostage to its demands, through threat of nuclear or biological agents. This will not go away and will not be appeased. If we get Saddam out the shock waves in the Middle East will not be light. Terrorism will have no home, and they will all know it. That just might save Western civilization for another two hundred years.

God bless all of us

A year ago this AM sis Chokpa called from NYC and told us a plane had just crashed into the WTC. We flipped on CNN in time to see the second plane go into the second tower. I had a hard time believing it then and still do. As they say, the world changed a year ago --especially for us.

Blessing to the innocents and to the brave who served and died. And a special blessing to those heroic folks on Flight 93 who opted to die to save others and more destruction.

Thanks to forumites (and others) from abroad who have shown so much compassion and love to the U.S. through all of this--it really means alot:)
