Here is a new design out of the shop! I was channeling my inner Al Mar as I wanted to make something along the lines of his SERE concept without actually copying his designs. I think this is a killer design. It’s basically a utility camp knife with a little bit O mean added
All of these are made from 1/4in 5160 with a differential heat treat and cold blued blades. The scales are black G10 attached with epoxy and flared stainless steel tube fasteners. I ground in grooves on the sides of the scales for a more secure and comfortable grip surface. It has a finger groove effect without sacrificing any possible grip positions. The spines have thumb notches and unsharpened swedges. Sheaths are black Boltaron with reversible belt loops for left or right carry.
