I`m considering doing a passaround of the small chef`s knife I made.

Specs:

Overall Length: 9 3/4"
Blade Length: 5"
Thickness: 3/32"
Steel: O1
Handle: Black canvas micarta with aluminum pins

I will sign up! Erica said she will be glad to do a bunch of kitchen work with it and I'll review it! So pretty much same as every other day she's gonna cook dinner and I'm gonna watch. Lol
 
I dig the kitchen knife but for me I have to have stainless. My wife doesn't take near good enough care of them to have a high carbon blade. it's a good looking design.
 
All Erica's blades are carbon. I made most of them out of old knives or just blanks I put handles on. Only rule I gave her is no dishwasher and don't throw em in a sink of water. Otherwise I maintain them for her.

I'm not a series cooking fanatic, my wife has picked up a lot more then me, but I'd be happy to volunteer us if you'd accept our limited credentials?

I know a great cook that will be interested. I'll talk to her tonight.
 
John - I can go anywhere in the rotation if someone else needs to go earlier.
Also, if the knife sells at one of the stops I'll get over my disappointment. :)
 
I'd like to try it out too, John. But i'm not a chef by any means. If there's room great, if not that's ok too.

I'd like to try that palm swell of your's. This is smaller than the knife in the original thread right?
