What is sock puppet steel? I've never heard this expression before and I get that it has a negative connotation, but what makes it "sock puppet?" Simply a way of saying that it's of poor quality?

Yes. Just as a sock makes a cheap imitation for an actual puppet!

The 3V Cold Steel is very good , IMO . Mini Hunter is small , but great quality blade with full length handle (but thin) .

Their 4034 ? , IDK what to think . Not enough personal experience . I wouldn't expect too much .
