serrated blades?

The next knife I'm working on has a dagger like profile. Steel is cpm 154 and will be sent out for heat treat. The plan is to make it double edged with the spine being the serrated edge and the belly being a normal cutting edge. Will cutting in the serrations pre heat treat cause too many stress risers?

I'vew only done a few knives with serrations, but I've always cut them all the way to the edge prior to heat treat and never had any problems. I've used both Paul Bos and D'Alton Holder for heat treating. I suppose it's because unlike grinding a blade too thin, there's still plenty of meat behind the edges of serrations to keep the balde from warping or getting wavy.

Thanks Brett! It takes me many hours to grind out a blade on a cheap 4x36 belt sander so don't need any big mistakes.
