Would serrations and saws on knives make them get stuck in objects or fabric easier? Also what about the lump like clip point on the Spartan blade Horkos and the Hinderer Harpoon. I feel like anything that sticks out or has a hook like shape would snag easier. I feel like you would not want these on a combat knife.

Not that I believe in knives for combat (except for highly trained people) but I would think that you want a knife that would do the most damage, and that little hook, or serrations would be a good thing.

You can have the saw teeths turned forward to cut on the push, which eliminates the snagging problem at some cost in efficiency.

I've carried a spyderco fully serrated police for years and as long as you keep it sharp it'll cut through a lot of different medias pretty darn good. I'd worry about those goofy giant choils getting hung up on stuff though as I don't believe a choil needs to be on a short to begin with blade on a folding knife unless it's just a little sharpening choil.
