Server busy at moment,try again later??????

Nah, no problems here...haven't been any for me in a while either. :thumbup:

Yep, must be the knives, So I sold two over in the Custom Individual for sale, now it is working fine.:D:D

Been getting the server too busy message every day for the last week or so. Sometimes it is happening as often as three times in one day, and it can last as long as five minutes. I just got the message a minute or so before making this post. It only lasted about one minute.
 
Been getting the message every couple of days or so; anyway much more often during the past couple of weeks or so than before that.
 
Yep, yesterday, 3 times in the afternoon and now again for about 5 minutes. This place is booming! :D
 
It's happened to me a bunch a times... I guess thats good because a lot of people are here, right?:confused:

Yup, me too, and it make it pretty hard to perform my moderator duties when I keep getting this damn message.:mad:.
 
Me too it's happened occaisionally for the past week or so, like right now. :)
 
The server seems to have taken a hammering since the search feature for us non-paying members was enabled again. It has been peachy for the last 24hrs but the 48hrs preceding that was patchy. Still, mah gets get got soon enough. I have 5mins of go do something else at worst.
 
People are reporting that they got just as many server too busy errors while search was disabled, so I'm not all that sure what's up. Past plonking down for another server, which isn't in the cards right now, just ride it out. This seems to be taking place at peak traffic times (just after work until 10pm eastern, noon or so eastern, etc.)
 
I have a suggestion, try only allowing paying membership period. That is you must pay the minimum to even be a member, post or etc.

It seems odd that I would pay $50, but can't use the site because resource is being taken up by people who pay nothing. (Conjecture on my part)

I think this would be a win/win, server become usable again and monthly bandwidth fees would probably go down.
 
Server too busy all day...
Even when posting..
30 sec to 1 min lag for pages to change.

not whining, just mentioning. :)

I have gotten it several times today, guess Sat is peak day time around 6pm CST, too bad that is all I have to do is try to read new threads and post at the same time everyone else is. I last got it though when trying to leave Itrader feedback for a maker on the forum. I had overlooked one of my deals and was trying to make it right. Finally got it posted.
