I want to thank Jeff Cockrum at C-rums for his service beyond any expectation.
I receive a knife that had been damaged. The manufacturer refused to help out. Jeff took the knife back and correctly anticipated my lack of confidence in this brand. Without any prompting on my behalf, he offered to take the knife back and replace it with another knife costing about thirty dollars more. I receive this knife and am very happy. His receipt indicated that the extra charge was waived and should be considered a wedding present. That is service "Above and Beyond".
