I bought a Bader lll in the year 2000. I am disables and have used knifemaking as a hobby. Recently I decided I needed my tracking wheel re-crowned, I called Bader, I felt as though I had just bought the machine. They helped me get my platon set up properly and in general were just great to work with. I want to express my thanks to Carrie, Paul, and Doug for the special attentio I received. I will definately buy from them again. If all people treated their customers as they do, life would be so much better.
 
When you do a tracking wheel re-crown, they even give it a "priority" value for a quick turn-around so you are not without it but for a day or two.
Absolutely top shelf folks.
