Service Departments

I suppose this is the place.

I'd like to give the repair and service departments of Benchmade and Spyderco a big thumbs up.:thumbup:

Spyderco sent me a set of washers to fix a bit of side-to-side play in my Military. One extra washer added and play is acceptable.

Benchmade replaced the broken back-spacer on my 800M2HSS. And, they sent a Mini-Skirmish clip (with bolts, yet). And, it was returned in a BM silver(?) box.

Both transactions were timely, with the washers arriving in less than a week and the 800 send/return taking about a month (as expected).

I've had great service from Benchmade in the past, and, from the emails, it looks like Spyderco is going to take great care of me with a repair on my Native III.
