Setting blade centering ?

Anyone know of a good instructional on how to correct a blade that is off center? I have a Ti Military I have embellished and it seems to be off center. Not a lot but noticeable. I know someone will say " If it is not rubbing against the side, don't worry about it". Like I said it is modified for looks (and turned out great otherwise) so I want it to be nice and centered. I have seen a few discussions that go into tightening the pivot then in sequence a,b,c tighten/loosen standoff screws and so on. They say put a piece of paper "in" when the blade is where you want after tightening the pivot then take out after... Well they don't say where or how "in" is regarding the paper. Yes I can guess but a more detailed and specific instructional would really help. So common an issue must have come up. Help? Please. Thank you.

Not a great video, but I use this same technique on the Ti Military also.
