Setting up disk sander- DC motors?

One more question- the manual says that to reverse the motor, you just switch any two of the T-1 -2 -3 leads.
Would it make sense to look for some sort of switch at Radio Snack that does that?
I'm assuming that the lug block that the Count diagrammed for us is easy to see once you take the VFD apart, but if I can avoid that it'd be nice.
Perhaps its made to come apart, but if I don't have to...
Any thoughts on that?
 
Is the motor rotating the wrong way or do you want to have ability to reverse quickly?
 
I need to reverse in order to do each side of flat grinds and such, nice for sharpening certain scissors, too.
 
OK, promise this is the last followup:
Turns out the keypad setting for F/R is so simple that rather than wire up an extra box with switches I'll just poke the keypad three times and avoid the whole issue.
