Setting up my news Coote....How do I setup the reduction pulleys?

I got both large and small 3-in-1 pulleys from Norm when I ordered my grinder.

Does the pulley mount on the grinder with the smallest drive inside (adjacent to the grinder frame) or does the small wheel go on the outside? Must be inside b/c when mounted, the set screw is hanging out past the end of the drive shaft....

Small pulley on the motor and big pulley on the grinder?

If you imagine the sheaves as "cones" with the largest pulley as the base of the cone, make the cones point toward one another (i.e. the largest pulley on the motor should align with the smallest pulley on the grinder). I hope that makes sense.

Edit to add that there should me two pulleys that align that are the same diameter or 1:1 ratio.
