Here we have a really nice Seved custom fixed blade and a Bubba-San Tamahagane kiridashi. Seved is a Swedish knifemaker who is well-known in the UK and Europe. The Seved sports a blade made from 5160 steel and a super nice Masur Birch wood handle. Masur Birch is pretty rare and makes for a nice handle. This knife measures 9" overall with a 5" blade.
