A friend butchered a bear with her seax that I gave her. A great knife :-)

I just got a Thamar Yek Chirra. It's a beauty to behold. It's right up there on my love level with my curved spine by Thamar.

Feels very good in hand. I don't have any pictures yet but I'll work on some until the new owner of this one comes through for ya.
 
Beautifully done 17 inch 29 ounce Kothimoda by Purna. All fittings are white metal. This knife arrived in Reno week ago and after storing few days in the shed the bone handle developed epoxy fix crack. Awesome deal at $115. *SOLD*

EMS on the 17 inch 34 ounce Dui chirra by Purna. Nice rig. Very slight shrinkage of horn handle and loose scabbard. $90 YBB.

Now how spoiled are we? You bought a knife on Thursday and planning to use it on Sat! Thats pretty dang good aint it? HI Rocks! Id sure like to see some pics of that knife when you get it. That one is at top of my bucket list special thanks to Mr. D.Taco!:thumbup:

HI ROCKS INDEED! I have a back up plan in case there is a problem with the mail. I have an untested Purna hanshee and a Thamar dui chirra that also need a work out. One of these days I am going to buy a camera and pay someone to teach me how to post picks. All of my HI knives have performed fantastic at cutting wood And I would like to post the picks. Maybe not to long in the future I will learn how to do it.
