Hi Blade Forums,

My Name is Kyle I am The Scrawny Lumberjack. I started my knife making journey a little over a year ago. I wanted to offer some of my work here to people who might not know who I am. All my knives come with a lifetime warranty against defects in manufacturing and lifetime sharpening. I control as much of the build process as I can. I heat treat in house I do cryo treatments and HRC test every blade on my hardness tester.

About the Knife:

Model: Alpine Hunter 3.5 inch blade 7.93 OAL

Steel: AEB-L 63 HRC 3/32 stock

Handle: Stabilized green amboyna burl with orange g10 liners and brass hardware

Purpose: Designed by a hunter requiring a light nimble knife to process deer in the mountains.

Black Kydex sheath included.

Model: Fin and Feather 4.5 inch edge 8.75 inch OAL

Steel: AEB-L 63 HRC 3/32 stock. Flat ground sharpened at 15 dps.

Handle: Vintage Maroon Canvas Micarta, Ivory G10 liners, Copper Hardware.

Purpose: Designed as a fillet knife that also functions well as a boning knife. The blade is quite stiff and does really well at breaking down/trimming meat and fish.

Black carbon fiber look kydex sheath included.

Steel: AEB-L 63 HRC .07 stock. Full height convex grind with 18 dps secondary

Handle: Figured Bocote with thick ivory liners and brass hardware

Purpose: Designed for game processing

Steel: CPM 4V 3/32 stock. Convex grind with 18 dps secondary

Handle: Red fire dog canvas micarta and brass hardware

Purpose: Designed as a small 3 finger neck knife
